Highlights from the Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Calgary Flames on Monday, December 13, 2010.
A struggling Calgary Flames hosted the Columbus Blue Jackets at the Saddledome and both teams were looking to get back in the win column. The Flames ended up on the right end of the score sheet at the end of the game, but not before giving up one point to the visitors.
After a great start where they scored 2 quick goals, the Flames sat back and let the Blue Jackets back in the game. Rick Nash tied the game with less than 2 minutes left in the 3rd period sending it to overtime. The Flames put the pressure on in Columbus’ end during overtime, and Alex Tanguay found a wide open Jarome Iginla in the slot for the winning goal.
